What counts as a "project"?
A project is one set of uploaded plans or specs you run through the AI. Each project can contain multiple material categories. Starter users get 3 projects per month.
Can I export specs in a format architects can use directly?
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include architect-ready PDF export, structured to NZ work section standards so specs can go straight to clients or contractors.
How accurate is the AI pricing?
Pricing is sourced directly from NZ suppliers and updated regularly. We show ex-GST trade pricing. Final pricing may vary based on your trade account and order volume.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel anytime and you retain access until the end of your billing period.
